Returns
All items purchased through EcoDistribution Group come with a 30 day “defective product”
guarantee.  If you receive a shipment and you wish to return it, simply contact
sales@EcoDistributionGroup.com and we will provide you with the return shipping address.  
Purchases can be exchanged for the same item or other item(s) only if the product is found to be
defective or damaged (leaky bottle, damaged box, etc).  Defective products must be returned to be
eligible for an exchange.  Cash refunds will not be issued once an item has been opened under
any circumstance.  Once a non-defective item is opened or 30 days have expired from the time of
purchase, returns will not be accepted.  Also note that the shipping charge of an item is not
refundable under any circumstance.  We will pay to ship the replacement in the event of a defective
item, but shipping of the return is up to the customer.  Customers may decide which return
shipping carrier to use and they may also decide whether or not to purchase tracking service.

Cancellations
If you complete a purchase and then decide you do not want the item, please contact us right away
at 1-800-931-2975 or
sales@EcoDistributionGroup.com.  If your item has not yet been shipped, we
will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.  If the order
has already shipped, when you receive the order, refuse delivery and write RETURN TO SENDER
on the box and give the item back to UPS without opening it.  Please keep in mind that all of the
products offered through EcoDistribution Group are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the
customer.  It is essential that you send an email to
sales@EcoDistributionGroup.com and inform
us of the situation.  When we are notified that the manufacturer has received the shipment back we
will refund you the item price of the purchase.  Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations
where the order has already been shipped.  If the order has not been shipped then shipping will
be refunded.  In the event you do not refuse delivery and you open the shipment, then you will need
to return the item to us as per our return policy above.
