are shipped directly from our manufacturer to the customer. In doing so, EcoDistribution Group is
striving to keep prices competitive by eliminating hidden inventory and unnecessary overhead costs
normally built in to the price of other products.
EcoDistribution Group will coordinate the shipment of all orders with the manufacturer. UPS Ground
is the preferred carrier but may be substituted at the discretion of the manufacturer. EcoDistribution
Group will keep you, the customer, involved during the shipping process and offer any tracking
information where possible. If there are any unexpected discrepancies or delay of shipments please
notify us at 800-931-2975 or sales@EcoDistributionGroup.com and our staff will address any
problems with the manufacturer directly. Please do not contact the manufacturer directly. At the
same time, we will keep you involved through the process in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
